Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Consultation Sessions

Due to the personalized nature of spiritual consultations and Numerology report generation, payments for completed sessions are non-refundable. Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the session time are eligible for full slot rescheduling.

2. Energized Crystal Products

Every crystal product is custom cleansed and consecrated prior to dispatch. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item arrives damaged during transit.
